Deb’s Discoveries

New Skin ~ During my recent trip to the Dominican Republic I got a blister from shoveling on my very first day! Wimpy hands from sitting at a desk and typing a lot are not prepared for a day of shoveling, even with gloves on. So to start Day 2 I put some “new skin” on my blister and God reminded me of the new skin He gives each of us when we choose to follow Him. Then, I went into my day knowing I was “Jesus with skin on” to the kids, the project workers, construction workers, team members, etc., any and every one I came in contact with. What a privilege as well as a conviction to be “Jesus” to others ~ loving and serving my God wherever I go!
